Replacement or Exchange Conditions
- You can request a replacement or size exchange within 7 days of delivery
- Accepted for:
- Wrong size/item received
- Damaged or misprinted products
- Product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags
What’s NOT Covered
- Customer remorse or preference change
- Worn or washed items
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock or damaged and not replaceable
- For approved returns, refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
