1. Orders
- All products are made-to-order and processed within 2–3 working days.
- AOP (All Over Print) products may take an extra 1–2 days.
- Orders may be canceled only within 2 hours of placing them.
2. Payments
We accept:
- UPI
- Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, Net Banking)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Partial Payments for select orders
3. Shipping
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Premium shipping (if selected) is chargeable.
- You’ll receive tracking details once dispatched.
4. Returns & Refunds
We follow a 7-day replacement/exchange window for:
- Damaged, misprinted, or defective items
- Size-related issues (unused & unwashed only)
No refunds or returns accepted for customer remorse.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs and assets on our site are either original or officially licensed. Reuse is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
